Carrot Cake Fall Dessert Smoothie šŸ„•šŸ°šŸŽƒ

If you love very sweet things, this is your recipe. It's just as sweet as regular carrot cake, but made with more natural forms of sugar so it's a little better for youĀ šŸ˜œ. The frosting for this is AMAZING. I definitely will be remaking this frosting for Fall muffins soonĀ šŸ˜ƒ.


Ingredients for smoothie

2 frozen bananas

1/2 cup of carrot orange juice

1 date (optional)

pumpkin spice-sprinkle to taste preference

1 TBS of shredded carrots


Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth. Add more carrot orange juice if you want a less thick smoothie.


Ingredients for Frosting

2TBS of raw cashew butter. You can find cheap little packs of cashew butter if you don't want to buy an entire jar. I know it can be expensive.

1/4 TBS vanilla extract

1-2 TBS of lemon juice

1TBS of maple syrup

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Scoop the frosting on top of your smoothie, top with a few little pieces of carrot and walnuts.Ā
